Q69 series roller conveyor type shot blasting machine is used to clean external surface of steel pipe, round bar, drilling rod etc. It can clean rust, oxide layers, paint film and intensify the surface quality.

Durability: Rollers within the blasting cabinet are protected by special alloy sleeves, ensuring a service life exceeding 4,000 hours.
Composition: Main blast chamber and two auxiliary chambers. Walls are protected by SPMn13 material lining and 65Mn protective lining, facilitating easy removal for replacement. Features four layers of rubber curtains for safety.
Features a rotating brush with interchangeable segments. A screw conveyor takes the media back into circulation. Any remaining media is removed by a high-pressure ventilator blow-off station.
We design and manufacture various non-standard steel pretreatment equipment based on your specific dimensions. Inlets and outlets can be fitted with separate drive units for increased efficiency.
The system utilizes cartridge dust collectors. Emission standards can be reduced to 80 grams per cubic meter. Fan power is 30 kW with an airflow rate of 26,000 m³/h.
