Magnesium Aluminum Zinc Ground Mounting Systems are strictly designed according to maximum wind speed, snow load, and specific panel requirements. These brackets balance extreme strength with installation efficiency to reduce labor costs and ensure a long service life. Foundation options include ground screws, straight-to-ground piling, and cement piers.
Step 1: Installing Ground Screws
Anchors the support structure to the ground. Screws are drilled into the soil using specialized equipment at depths determined by soil type to hold the system's weight.
Step 2: Install Beam and Diagonal Support
Connect the diagonal support pole to the top of the main pole using bolts. Then, attach the beam and secure the entire structure firmly.
Step 3: Installing Rails
Attach the rails that support the solar panels to the beams using specialized brackets. Leveling is critical during this stage.
Step 4: Installing Solar Panels
Secure the solar panels to the rails using mounting hardware. Each panel must be fastened tightly for safety.
