Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.

Yes, we hold relevant certifications including ISO 13485 and CE to ensure product quality and international standards.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders for testing. We could offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not included.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may require a slightly longer delivery time.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly, subject to sales conditions. Payment terms: <=800USD, 100% in advance. >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment via L/C, T/T, Western Union, or PayPal.
