What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1x 20ft container (approx. 15-20 tons). However, we can offer mixed containers or smaller quantities for trial orders.
Can I get samples before placing a large order?
Yes, samples are available for quality check. Sample fees and courier costs will be charged, which can be refunded against your future bulk order.
Do you offer OEM services with my logo?
Absolutely. We welcome OEM orders. You can customize the logo, color, and packaging. Please provide your design requirements.
What are your payment terms?
We commonly accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% against BL) and L/C for large orders.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered.
How long is your production lead time?
The standard lead time is 7-15 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all order details.
