Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc., or post upon request from clients.

What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders initially. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not included.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may require a longer delivery time.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products which are produced monthly. However, it depends on current sales conditions. Please contact our sales team for accurate inventory.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments under 800 USD, 100% in advance. For orders over 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
